I qualified as a REPS level 3 Personal Trainer in 2006. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to train a wide variety of clients, from professional athletes to children.
We are all unique. We all have unique requirements whether physical, emotional or nutritional that are specific to the individual. My training is tailored and designed specifically to provide the best opportunity of realising your goals and aspirations.
